DELIVERY POLICY

Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and acceptance of orders. Allow a further 48 hours for receipt in the UK, Ireland and Europe. Allow 5 days for delivery outside of Europe.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Orders from outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied when the product reaches destination. These additional charges must be know by you. All countries have their own policies. If you are concerned, contact your local Customs Office.

We operate a 90 day money back guarantee. If you happy with the product for any reason, contact us by email and we will fully refund your money immediately, no questions asked. We will not ask you to return the DVD.

If on receipt of the product it is damaged or faulty, please notify us and we will then send a replacement.
