"Two years ago, I was amazed how inflexible I was when I first went through the series of tests at the BodyGolf Clinic.  One month after starting the programme, I was re-tested and had made vast improvement in flexibility and strength.  Since then my golf has improved, I am more confident with my body and I have not suffered any injury.  I am certain the BodyGolf Exercise programme will help golfers of all ages and abilities to reduce their score and swing the club more effectively."

- Paul Broadhurst

In 2004, Paul Broadhurst was 38 years old and had not won a European Tour Event for eight years, with a world ranking of 330.  He then embarked on The Body Golf Exercise programme.  By 2006 he had won the Portuguese Open twice (in 2005 and 2006), was 4th in the European Tour Order of Merit, and had reached the World Top 50.

PAUL BROADHURST - The story so far (08/06/2006)

In February 2004, Paul Broadhurst, a 38 years old professional golfer on The PGA European Tour since 1988 and former Ryder Cup player, attended my clinic for treatment to a career threatening elbow injury. At the time he had not won a tournament for eight years. I had previously treated his serious wrist injury in 2000. This is his amazingly successful story since he started using The BodyGolf Exercise programme in 2004.

2003 finished 89 th in the European PGA Tour order of Merit.

Started The BodyGolf Exercise programme in April 2004. Using the testing procedures shown in the DVD, we discovered a surprising lack of flexibility and areas of weakness. The appropriate exercises were then prescribed to remedy these physical problems.

Paul also worked hard on the flexibility and strengthening exercises for the arms to rehabilitate his elbow injury This rapidly regained the strength and durability required by the professional golfer. The injury has not recurred since.

Two months later he was re-assessed at the clinic. He showed significant improvement in both flexibility and strength throughout his body.

Early May 2004, returned to tournament golf, having recovered from elbow injury.

By late May 2004 he was leading in The British Masters after three rounds. The first time he has been in contention for many years.

2004 finished 44 th in The European Tour Order of Merit

April 2005 WON The Portuguese Open Championship. His first Tournament win for eight years.

2005 finished 22 nd in The European Tour Order of Merit

April 2006 RETAINED The Portuguese Open Championship.

May 14th Paul takes 7th in the Quinn Direct British masters

June 4th Paul places 2nd in the Celtic Manor Wales Open

By August 2006 he had reached the World Top 50 and missed a place on the European Ryder Cup Team by just one place.

It is extremely rare for a professional golfer to suddenly improve as much as Paul clearly has at the age of 38 through to 41. Obviously, He is a very naturally talented golfer but in 2004 he had become surprisingly stiff and, in places, weak.

Once the flexibility and strength returned through The BodyGolf Exercise programme, he was able to fulfil his full potential.
