Tests and Stretching Exercises
Through a series of twenty simple flexibility tests, you will identify which muscles
or joints are inflexible
Preceding each test you are given an explanation or demonstration why it is important
for a golfer to be flexible in the region being tested.
For each test you fail, you are directed to the appropriate stretching exercise
to enable you to regain flexibility
Corrective Stretching Exercises utilise a state-of-the-art method called contract-relax-stretch
that is proven to be more than twice as effective as other methods.
Exercises involve muscle contraction to also strengthen the muscle being stretched.
Re-test every month to identify which exercises, you still need. This prevents unnecessary
waste of time stretching muscles and joints that do not require it.
